Both the English and Chinese sessions have concluded. Thank you for your interest!

What We’ll Explore Together

In this session, we dive beyond the surface of typical playtime to discover how play acts as a child's natural language. We will cover:

  • The Heart of Play Therapy: Discover what Play Therapy actually is and why it is the most effective way for children to express what they cannot yet put into words.
  • Healing through Play: Learn how this approach supports emotional regulation, builds resilience, and helps children process big feelings.
  • Beyond "Just Playing": We’ll discuss the vital difference between traditional play and therapeutic play—and why "letting go of the rules" is the key to growth.
  • Who is it for? Understanding which children benefit most and how it supports diverse developmental needs.
  • Practical Magic at Home: Walk away with simple, actionable tips to create a "therapeutic" environment in your own living room starting today.
